Invest in Spicers Premium Plus
Apply in 5 easy steps:
Step 1:
Download the Spicers Premium Plus Investment Statement and application form and print out.
Step 2:
Complete application form and sign.
Step 3:
Identity verification (new clients only). You will need to provide two forms (verified/certified copy only) of following types of identification:
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- Drivers licence
Or one from above, plus one of the following:
- Utility account (i.e. electricity, telephone or property rates)– showing applicants name and address resided
- Joint application – all individuals must sign.
- Company application – must be signed on behalf of the company by two directors or otherwise in accordance with its constitution. If there is only one director, that director’s signature must be witnessed.
Step 4:
Application form checklist:
- Completed application from signed
- Two forms of identification
- Your investment cheque (minimum amount $5,000)
