What to do as of 1 July 2007?

All that you as an Employer need to do as of 1 July 2007 is:

• follow the required steps as shown on page 4 of Inland Revenue's KiwiSaver Employment Guide (KS4)
• provide eligible new employees, and eligible existing employees upon request, with Inland Revenue's KiwiSaver Employee Information Pack (KS3)
• make appropriate notification to the IRD

Employers can select an Employer Choice KiwiSaver provider at any time after that, so there is no rush to make a decision, and sufficient time to evaluate the various KiwiSaver providers and schemes.
