The latest edition of Spicers complimentary "The Adviser" magazine is now available.
The 2011 Spring edition of Spicers magazine ‘The Adviser’ explores the effects of gift duty being abolished and Therese Walsh from Rugby New Zealand reveals the planning behind this years huge Rugby event.
